Hello, I’m Simone.

For over a decade, I worked directly alongside COOs, CFOs, and Managing Partners at complex, regulated organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group and Clifford Chance. I've led change, shaped strategy, and made things work in practice, not just on paper.

What that decade taught me is that even the most capable leaders can lose traction when the systems, structures, and dynamics around them aren't set up to support clear thinking and good decisions.

I’ve watched capable leaders inch towards burnout because nothing around them was built to carry their load. I’ve seen good ideas die quietly on to-do lists, and decisions get deferred because no one created the space or structure to execute them.

I'm drawn to the space between what people say is happening and what's actually unfolding. That curiosity about behaviour, beliefs, and systems shapes how I work with every leader I meet.

I now work with founders and senior leaders who need someone who can think alongside them and get things moving. I also work with women in leadership who are ready to step into senior roles with clarity and confidence and lead in a way that's genuinely their own.

I'm not a consultant who parachutes in with a framework and disappears. I work alongside you in the details, in the difficult conversations, and in the quieter moments where the real decisions are made.
