About Me

Hello, I’m Simone.

For over a decade, I worked directly alongside COOs, CFOs, and Managing Partners in complex, highly regulated organisations like Lloyds Banking Group and Clifford Chance. I've helped lead change, shape strategy, and make things actually work in practice, not just on paper.

What that time taught me is this: even the most capable leaders can lose traction when the systems and expectations around them aren’t set up to support clear thinking or good decisions.

I’ve watched brilliant leaders inch towards burnout because everything around them was taking more than it gave back. I’ve seen good ideas stall on never-ending to-do lists, and important decisions quietly drift because no one created the space or structure to move them forward.

Over time, I realised I’m most interested in the space between what people say is happening and what’s actually unfolding. The behaviours, the assumptions, the invisible pressures that shape how organisations really work.

That curiosity now shapes how I work with every leader I meet.

These days, I work with founders and senior leaders who want someone beside them who can create structure, support long-term strategies, ask the right questions, and create traction.

Alongside that, I work with leaders stepping into senior roles, particularly women navigating the transition into leadership. Coaching creates space to reflect, build confidence, and lead in a way that feels genuinely their own.

I’m not a consultant who arrives with a framework and disappears. I work alongside you, in the details, in the difficult conversations, and in the quieter moments where the real decisions are made.
