Fractional Chief of Staff
You don't need someone to manage your diary. You need someone who understands the business, anticipates what's coming, and helps you stay focused on what actually matters.
As your Fractional Chief of Staff, I work as an embedded partner, taking on the operational and strategic load that often slows leaders down.
This allows you to stay focused on leading the business while knowing the right things are moving forward.
What this looks like in practice:
• Building and embedding an operating cadence for your leadership team
• Owning cross-functional projects and driving them to completion
• Preparing board materials, briefings and governance structures
• Acting as a strategic thought partner on decisions and prioritisation
• Identifying where pace and clarity are being lost, and fixing it.
Best suited to:
• Founders at Series A and beyond who are scaling quickly and need operational backbone
• C-suite leaders navigating transformation without wanting to add permanent headcount
• Leaders stepping into new roles who need to build momentum quickly

Leadership Coaching
Leadership roles bring a different set of challenges, and not all support is equal.
At this stage, what often helps most is a clear-eyed sounding board and someone who understands from the inside what helps senior leaders succeed or stall.
My approach isn’t pure coaching.
I bring my own experience and perspective. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, share what I see, and help you stay accountable to what matters most.
The goal is always practical movement, not just greater self-awareness.
I work particularly with women stepping into senior leadership or navigating an important transition in their careers.
What this looks like in practice:
· Getting clear on what you want and what might be getting in the way
· Working through the specific challenge, transition, or decision in front of you
· Building the confidence and judgment to lead on your own terms
